RETURN POLICY
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with tags intact, exactly as you received it. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.
To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@seasonsociety.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval for a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made. To minimize shipping costs, we recommend using a small box or envelope to return the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please examine your order upon arrival. If there’s an issue, such as a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As with all returns, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
